"Brood X: Year of the Cicada" Documentary Film Motion Graphics and Post-Production

Brood X follows two filmmakers with an aversion to insects as they document the mind-boggling emergence of the periodical cicada.  The film was directed by Rohit Colin Rao and co-directed by C30 Creative Director Greg RS Kihlström. The film also features motion graphics created by Carousel30 done in a unique hand-drawn style and animated with After Effects.

This was a trailer we created for the film that captures the high-energy feel of the film and the motion graphics we created for it.
