As one of the top technology events in the fitness industry, the annual Motionsoft Technology Summit is a gathering of the key players and thought leaders in the industry. Motionsoft's goal with each conference is to grow the gathering as well as the overall brand of the Technology Summit within the fitness industry. For the 2016 conference, Motionsoft turned to Carousel30 to help market and create key collateral pieces for the event. Thanks in part to our efforts, the conference had its highest attendance ever.
With a well-established brand and reputation, it was our job to ensure that the conference materials exceeded attendees' previous expectations. The summit was to be held in a new location in Baltimore's Inner Harbor which presented its own set of unique display and presentation challenges. It was important that the Carousel30 team understood the unique layout and needs of the venue. And as with any event, timing of printed materials needed to be scheduled to account for last-minute adjustments and other changes.
Carousel30 worked with the Motionsoft team to create several materials for the Technology Summit in Baltimore, including hanging and standing banners and a print handbook that each attendee received. The banners utilize the Summit logo and incorporate a Baltimore-themed background featuring the well-known Inner Harbor, where the conference was held.
With a record turnout in 2016, the conference was a success. Carousel30's work tied in with the rest of the content and marketing strategy of the Technology Summit, including social media and website components. The Summit is a key component of Motionsoft's marketing and advertising efforts and this work for the Baltimore conference helped it achieve new levels of success.
